Terms of Use

1. Scope

These terms cover the Commi website (commisoft.co) and the Commi Profile Analysis tool on it. By using the website or the scan, you accept these terms.

The Commi panel and the services of our team are provided to businesses under a separate service agreement. Use of the panel is governed by that agreement.

2. Who we are

3. Google Maps features and content

The Commi Profile Analysis uses Google Maps features and content (Google Maps Platform). Business search, business information, ratings and reviews are retrieved from Google.

Use of Google Maps features and content is subject to the then-current versions of the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

4. Commi Profile Analysis

• The scan is free and does not ask for personal information.
• The scan is an assessment generated from the business's public information on Google. Scores, comparisons and loss estimates are for guidance only and are not a definitive result or a guarantee.
• A daily scan limit and bot protection apply to prevent abuse. Once the limit is reached, scans reopen the next day.

5. Rules of use

When using the website and the scan, you agree not to:

• Run the scan with automated tools, scripts or bulk queries.
• Collect, copy or store scan results or content from Google in a separate database, or use them in another service.
• Try to bypass the bot protection or the daily limit, or do anything that disrupts the website.
• Use the website for an unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others.

6. Our relationship with Google

Commi is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google LLC. Google, Google Maps and Google Business Profile are trademarks of Google LLC.

Google Business Profile is a service Google provides to businesses at no cost. Commi's package fees are for its software and team services.

Only Google decides whether a review is removed, whether a profile is verified and how it ranks in search results. Commi does not guarantee any outcome in these matters.

7. Intellectual property

The texts, design, logo and software on the website belong to Commi and may not be copied without permission. Content and trademarks from Google belong to Google and the respective rights holders.

8. Liability

The website and the scan are provided as is. We take care to keep information accurate and up to date, but we do not undertake that the website will operate without interruption or error.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the website or the scan. The statutory rights of consumers are not affected.

9. Personal data

What information is processed when you use the website and the scan is described in the Privacy Policy and the KVKK Privacy Notice.

10. Changes

When these terms change, this page is updated and the date below changes. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
